If you’ve paid a deposit before the project begins, it’s covered—so you won’t lose out if something unexpected happens.

Guarantee Insurance

Once your project is complete, your warranty is insured by the IWA. That means even if we’re no longer around (though we plan to be for the long haul), your guarantee still stands.

Who are IWA?

IWA have been providing trusted insurance-backed guarantees for over 30 years, and are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Their cover is recognised across the home improvement sector for giving customers confidence and protection.
